Lynn was betrayed by her husband, he divorced her because he wanted a younger wife. She wants a fresh start. Away from an overly controlling man. What better way than to close down her shop in the human realm, pack up, and reopen her coffee shop across the veil in an orc village?
Bodi is the confident, cool, handsome cousin of the Chieftain and he’s also the head of the guard. He becomes the self-appointed guide and protector to the Human female Lynn. (And suitor)
From Lynn’s viewpoint, this is a bit of a slow burn. Bodi has no doubts, but has to work hard to get past those barriers Lynn has in place. With the help of his eccentric outfits leaving little to the imagination this story will have you laughing and feeling the Halloween spirit during this warm hearted romantic comedy.
