I was quite shy back then. He convinced me to let his friend have a look at me. A man called Roy Duval a top bodybuilder who competed with and was friends with Arnold. He was a multiple champion. So my friend said "what do you think Roy" His reply "She is world class, best female physique I have ever seen" a few months later I was British number one after winning the British title outright. In only my second competition. The rest as they say is history
