

Swipe to pull my top up ;) ***Also a little pole dancing update!*** I have been training twice a week and have seen great progress! So I am hoping to edit a short video of a few moves I learnt and will be sure to share it with the close friends <3 The "pole combo" is pretty short as I still don't have much stamina. Forearm climb -> Spinning invert -> Scorpio. I've been learning how to do it on a spinning pole as opposed to a static pole so it has taken me some time to learn it and will take more to make it look "pretty" Sadly though I have injured my shoulder a little so I'm not sure how often to train and I hope it doesn't impact my progress for too long!
