When I look for someone to date I look for someone with a personality that goes well with mine :) I'm a workaholic so it is important to have interests in common with a partner to get me away from "work"...or at least someone who enjoys making spicy content so can work with me. Historically I have been more interested in guys who have a goal in life, someone who is passionate about something and doesn't require too much of my attention day to day.
