Had a busy and scary past couple days. I dear friend, age 35, felt a pain on his chest and almost had a heart attack. The doctors said it was like a very small heart attack but not actually a heart attack. We need to start living this life way more patiently It's just too much on ourselves. We are connected all the time, receiving new information from multiple sources, our body can't handle everything. This is a self reminder to try to worry less with things that at the end of the day just don't matter. Things like that big presentation that he had to pull off to his CFO, friday afternoon he was stressing about how important that was for him, today he is fighting for his life and trying to recover from what happened. Let's all try to live this life a bit more carefree..
