



Had a minor back injury last Tuesday and had to take the week off. Back in the gym now though. Feeling decent at 231lbs. Decided to up the weight 30lbs from last monday. Not a PR but hit a sloppy 30 reps lol. Shoulders did begin to ache, so I might ease off a bit from increasing weight until they're fully healed. Big improvement over the last 4-6 weeks though.
