Wasn't able to do barbell shoulders presses but otherwise everything else went smooth. 4 sets of bench 4 sets of seated chest press 1 set of barbell shoulder presses 4 sets of front db raises 4 sets of side db raises 4 sets of seated shoulder presses supersetted with seated incline chest pressed 4 sets of tricep pressdowns 4 sets of overhead tricep extensions 2 sets of diamond pushups until failure 2 sets of dips until failure
