Last night and tonight's lift were very limited with time. Last night 250 reps of leg extensions in the 10-20 rep rage 250 reps of leg curls in the 10 to 20 reps range 400 reps of calve presses and raises in the 15 to 40 rep range. Tonight I did a whole upper body pump up session in about 45 minutes total 50 reps of flat bench super setted with a 100 reps of close grip. 225 for reg and 135 for close grip. 10 and 20 reps per set no rest in between super sets. Basically 20 reps then 10 reps then rest for 45 to 90 seconds 100 reps of wide grip pull downs supersetted with 100 reps of standing cable curls (20 reps per set) 100 reps of front db raises supersetted with 100 reps of side raises (20 reps per set)
