Shoulders were giving me a problem so focused on chest work tonight 5 sets of bench working up to 405 for 5 2 sets of standing overhead press 2 sets of seated smith machine shoulder presses 4 sets of seated machine chest press 2 sets of machine flys 4 sets of front db raises 2 sets of db flys 4 sets of incline chest press 2 sets of close grip bench press 2 sets of diamond pushups until failure 4 sets of tricep press downs 2 sets of standing cable flys
