Hit 225 for 13 tonight. 5 sets of incline bench 3 sets of seated machine shoulder presses supersetted with machine chest presses 3 sets of seated smith machine shoulder presses 3 sets of db flys supersetted with db front raises Finishes up with 4 sets diamond pushups until failure wit 60 second rests in between sets
