Feeling pretty good though and with a little assistance I was able press 300lbs over head today. 6 sets of standing shoulder press 6 sets of incline bench 4 sets of front db raises up to 75lbs 4 sets of db flys 2 sets of close grip flat bench 4 sets of seated machine shoulder presses Finished up with some high rep lightweight cable press downs and over head extensions (3 sets each)
