

Bicep and back work tonight. Couldn't go heavy with biceps because of tendon pain in my right arm. Same way it felt a few years ago when I partially tore my left bicep. Otherwise I got a pretty decent lift in. 5 sets of wide grip lat pulldowns. 5 sets of long bad curls. Only 10lbs per side lol 5 sets of seated machine rows. 5 sets of single arm machine preacher curls 5 sets of on pulloverachine with last set a drop set.
