


Chest day with some delt and tris work tonight. 5 sets of db flat presses - hit 150s for 11 reps tonight. 5 sets of standing overhead presses 5 sets of tricep press downs 5 sets of flat bench 3 sets of front db raises 2 sets of side lateral db raises 3 sets of close grip bench press 2 sets of bodyweight dips until failure.
