Tonight I did some leg work along with chest and triceps. 6 sets of leg press 6 sets of leg extensions 6 sets of legs curls 4 sets of flat bench 4 sets of incline machine chest press 4 sets of heavy db flys supersetted with presses 2 sets of close grip flat bench 2 sets of diamond pushups until failure 4 sets of tricep pressdowns 4 sets of bodyweight dips until failure
