Took yesterday off due to some lower back pain from bad form on my squats Wednesday. 100 total reps on flat bench with 225lbs 50 reps on seated machine chest press with 3 plates per side 60 reps of front db raises with 50lbs 30 reps of side db raises with 45lbs 60 reps of seated machine shoulder presses with 90lbs on each side 100 reps of wide grip lat pulldowns at 200lbs 50 reps of seated close grip cable rows at 220lbs 110 reps of seated machine preacher curls at 100lbs super setted with 125 reps of diamond pushups Decent pump, would of loved to hit 300 reps per muscle group, but only had about an hour tonight.
