Ended a little earlier due to a sudden pop/pain in my elbow during some tricep extensions. 5 sets of flat bench 3 sets of standing OHP 2 sets of seated smith shoulder presses 2 sets of close grip bench 2 sets of diamond pushups 4 sets of seated incline machine chest presses 2 sets of front db raises 2 sets side db raises 2 sets of tricep pressdowns and then click my elbow had a sharp pain in it so I called it a night
