Just got finished with 200 reps of leg extensions and 200 reps of leg curls at home with 90-135lbs just to get the b lood flowing. This whole weeks been off for me. Didn't even go into work today and though I really don't want to I think I'm gonna take the rest of the week off, pound some calories down, rest up, then start fresh on monday and hopefully get some numbers going back up again. currently weighing in at 238lbs naked. Goal over the next 8 weeks is to pack 5k+ of quality calories down a day, and add at least 20-50lbs to all my max lifts. So far this winter my best singles have been a 285lb standing over head press, 645lb dead lift, 555lb squat, 440lb bench Aside from my OHP everything is down from this time last year, so I really gotta start grinding harder in the gym and with my intake.
