Added 2021-02-13 21:12:00 +0000 UTCAlright nothing to crazy today, no work today and I feel better that I got a decent leg day in this week though. 6 sets of squats 4 sets of standing calve raises 5 sets of leg extensions with the last set a 4 step drop set. 5 sets of ham string curls with last sets another 4 step drop 4 sets of calve presses on the leg press 4 sets of 20-30 of the leg press 6 sets on abductor machines - 3 on each ( one for glutes and the other for inner thighs)
