

Yesterday's leg day was weak, was shot from work. Ended up doing 8 sets of leg extensions and 8 sets of hamstring curls, then finished up with 5 sets of standing calve raises. Will be making up for it on Saturday long as I get off work in time though. Tonight I hit some chest, shoulders and triceps. Not the most intense, but decent. 5 sets of decline bench 5 sets of standing shoulder presses - hit 225 for 11 5 sets of tricep close grip press downs 5 sets of seated machine chest press 5 sets of seated machine shoulder presses Finished up with 3 sets of bodyweight dips until failure.
