Aside from squats tried to stick with 30-60 second rests between sets Started with 4 sets of squats 4 sets of standing machine calve raises 2 sets of high rep leg presses supersetted with calve presses 5 sets of leg extensions 5 sets of hamstring curls. Last set was a drop set from 200lbs down to 40lbs. 20-30lbs per drop. 6-10 reps per drop
