


We got hit with a snow storm yesterday and the gyms closed down, but made it tonight, though all the snow took a bit out of me. Barely hit 30 on the bench with 225lbs. Really wanted 37-38. Next time! 4 sets of barbell shoulder presses 2 sets of seated machine shoulder presses 6 sets of flat bench 3 sets of lat pulldowns 3 sets of seated cable rows 6 sets of machine preacher curls Finished up with 6 sets of bw dips started with 45 reps and ended with 11 lol
