


Made it back to NY alright and I'm back in the gym. Did a whole upper body tonight. 4x flat bench 4x seated machine incline press 4x mid grip lat pulldowns 4x close drip seated cable rows 4x front dumbbell raises supersetted with side raises 4x seated machine shoulder presses 6x seated machine preacher curls supersetted with seated machine tricep press downs. 2x bodyweight dips till failure supersetted with standing dumbbell curls. I know it's only been a few days, but feels good to be back! Lol
