Just one of those days where I feel unmotivated and tired, but these are the most important days to get out there and push through. Not happy with with my dead lift performance tonight, still was able to get through 20 sets total for back though, plus 5 sets of deadlifts. Ran a circuit type of lift tonight where I started with wide grip lat pulldowns and immediately went into close grip lat pulldowns, followed by close grip seated rows and finished with seated machine mid grip rows. I stayed within the 8-15 rep range per machine and ran through this 5 times for a total of 20 sets. 5 sets of deadlifts worksing up to 600 for 2. Really was shooting for 4+ though... I will get it next time!
