



Signed up for a new gym tonight. Was gonna hit legs but decided to push it off until tomorrow to let my back rest another day. Banged out some chest, tris and delts tonight. Started with 6 sets of bench 6 sets of front and side db raises (3 sets each) 6 sets of cable press down and over head extensions (3 sets each) 6 sets of seated incline machine presses 6 sets of seated machine shoulder presses 6 sets of bw dips until failure Overall liking the new gym, def a bit more hardcore than the gold's I go to.
