



Fridays lift was an entire upper body workout as I knew I wasn't gonna be able to make the gym tonight. Ended up starting with 6 sets of bench 2 sets of seated 4 step dropset machine flys 4 sets of pulldowns 2 sets of seated machine rows 2 sets bent over barbell rows 4 sets of seated machine shoulder presses 4 sets of reverse machine flys 6 sets of standing cable curls supersetted with 6 sets of tricep press downs (no rest between sets) 2 sets of seated preacher machine curls Finished up with 2 sets of bodyweight dips until failure.
