Heavy to light. 8 sets of lat pull downs wide and close grip 8 sets of standing cable curls 4 sets of bent over barbell rows. 4 sets of seated db curls 4 sets bent over dumbbell rows 4 sets of seated machine preacher curls. 4 sets of cable crunches for abs Thursday was legs Started with drop sets squats 3 sets of 405, 315, 225, 135 at 10 reps per drop 4 sets of weighted calve raises 8 sets of leg extensions 8 sets of leg curls 4 sets of calve presses 4 sets on the abductor machines Today I did a whole upper body lift. Was limited on time Started with flat bench for 6 sets 2 sets of machine flys 4 sets of lat pull downs 4 sets of seated cable rows 4 sets of side dumbbell raises 2 sets of seated machine shoulder presses Finished up by supper setting standing cable curls with tricep rope press downs together for 6 sets each.
