Leg day last night Ended up doing 6 sets of squats 4 sets of calve raises 6 sets of leg extensions 6 sets of ham string curls 2 sets on the leg press 2 sets of calve presses 2 sets of 4 step calve raises (25 reps per step) Finished up with 4 setz on a glute abductor machine. Gonna start doing lunges next leg day.
