Solid leg day tonight. Not the most I've repped out 315 for but my depth has definitely improved since last year. Will be upping the weight soon. Bodyweight is up to 239lbs after devouring a shit ton of carbs the last few days. Started with 4 sets of hack squats 4 sets of free weight squats. 4 sets of calve presses 4 sets of leg extensions 4 sets of leg curls. 4 sets of calve raises 6 sets on the abductor machines 4 more sets of leg curls Finished up with 2 sets of 4 step calve raises. 25 reps per step.
