

Back in action and feeling 100% again. All carbed up and body weights up to 236lbs tonight. Hit some chest, triceps and some light shoulder work tonight. Hit 365lbs for 8 on the bench tonight, so strength is def coming back. Started with bench press for 6 sets, 2 sets of close grip bench, followed by dumbbell flys supersetted with front dumbbell raises for 6 sets, went on to tricep rope pushdowns for 6 sets, followed by 4 sets on the machine chest press, and finished up with 4 sets of dips.
