


Switched leg day up a bit tonight. Went with a high rep workout. Started with 2 sets of 315lb squats until failure (18-20 reps), went on to calves presses for 6 sets, followed by a total of 24 sets of leg extensions and leg curls supersetted together (12 sets each), went to calves raises for 4 sets, then 6 sets on the leg abductor machine and finished up with 4 step calve raises (30 reps each step with no rest in-between)
