


Ended up missing my lift last night due to a stomach virus. Still not 100% but was able to force my self to get something done. Ended up just hitting back tonight. Started with 4 sets of wide grip lat pulldowns, 4 sets of seated cable rows, 2 sets of bent over dumbbell rows, 4 sets machine rows, 2 sets of bent over barbell rows, 2 sets of pullups until failure and finished up with 2 sets of close grip lat pulldowns.
