



Blasted some chest, shoulders and tris tonight. Started with 4 sets of heavy incline bench presses, 4 sets of tricep rope pushdowns, 2 sets of side lateral raises followed by 2 sets of front raises, 2 sets of dumbbell flys followed by 2 sets of cable flys, 4 sets of skull crushers, 4 sets of machine shoulder presses, 4 sets of machines chest presses and finished up with 4 sets of dips.
