



Hit some back and bi's tonight Nothing crazy. Was limited on time tonight. Still got 24 sets in though. Started with 4 sets of bent over barbell rows, 4 sets of ez bar preacher curls wide and close grip. 4 sets of Seated machine rows, 4 sets of standing straight bar cable curls, 2 sets of close grip pulldowns with 2 sets of wide grip, and finished up with 4 sets of seated machine preacher curls
