


Current weight 235lbs. Leg day tonight. Not the biggest they've been, but they're coming back little by little. Started with 4 sets vertical leg pressrs, 4 sets of squats, 2 sets of calve presses, 4 sets of leg extensions, 2 sets of calve praises, 6 sets on the abductor machine, 4 sets of calve raises, and finished up with 6 sets of leg curls.
