


Hit some back and biceps tonight. Threw in some super sets tonight . 4 sets of seated pulldowns super setted with standing cable curls (thick grip), 3 sets of seated close grip cable rows super setted with standing cable curls (ez bar), 3 sets bent over barbell rows super setted with free weight ez bar close grip curls, 4 sets of Seated machine rows, 4 sets seated machine preacher curls, 2 sets of close grip pulldowns, followed by 2 sets of dumbbell curls and finished up with 2 sets of free weight ez bar preacher curls.
