


A little bit of background about me! I've been seeing a personal trainer for about two years now mainly to help me feel better about my body image (by getting in shape, she's not giving me therapy - that's my job!). I've made a lot of progress especially in the last 6 months - my legs look so different now! I think I'm the lightest I have been in about 10 years and don't plan to stop there! You can even see the weight loss in my feet and toes! ðŸ¤
