Hey! Got through out second live workout on Friday, and just wanted to make sure I got it posted for anyone that wanted to watch or to participate and use the workout for their own!

This workout today was Tabata which consisted of 4 exercises lunges, push ups, plank, and squats. Each exercises was 8 sets of 20 second on 10 seconds off!!!

Before the workout just be aware there is about 30 min of me folding laundry and just chatting! The total live is about 1 hour 30 min

I hope to be doing these every week at least, so if you missed this week you can join for the next! I will be sure to let you guys know when I do them moving forward!
