Pretty sure I got heat stroke 🥵 today I was 100% out of commission, extremely tired and sore. It hurts to walk because my shins are tight and burned. My shins/chest and arms hurt the most, my face thankfully feels fine even though in person, looks the most burnt. Sorry for not posting this weekend/today it was a wild few days 😅 hours ðŸ˜
