

A lot of you guys have been asking me what my work out routine is. Of course, this is the place for exclusive content, you guys get the behind the scenes. 😏 I prefer full body workouts everyday to keep muscle balanced, and it is JUST as important to focus on your nutrition as well as exercise. I eat PLENTY of nutrient-dense vegetables with protein after workouts. Processed food is a NO-NO! (sorry birds-eye fish fingers!) but if I eat away at those breadcrumbs, the breadcrumbs eat away at my abs. 😂🤣💖
