So this was my 4th ever class (no practice in-between bc I don’t have my own pole… YET) please tip on this post so I can continue to take classes for my own sexuality and mentality and to afford myself a pole of my own! Physical activity is a great way I keep myself focused and feeling the very best I can feel!
