I started with zero dance or gymnastics experience, so to see myself doing this means a lot. Especially after developing so much pain and dysfunction in 2021/2022 due to my spinal injury and associated mental health problems. I threw myself into strength training and calisthenics before I started aerial hammock, and I’m happy to report I’m doing so much better. Improving this skill adds a lot of richness to my life and my well-being, so it is money well-spent.
Just a huge thanks to everyone who has ever supported me in anyway, I want you to know you’ve changed my life for the better. The next chapter would not be possible without fabulous fans like you!
