I meditate and get in some light movements to start the day, while Mooka observes all the birds chirping, squirrels scampering around, and dogs barking in the neighborhood. Today I got in my weekly breast massage self-care as well which can be viewed in the second vid. Ahhh so much bliss lies in the simple moments like these :) I urge you to take a moment to slow down at some point today to check in with yourSelf and take a few deep breaths. I swear it will shift your energetic field for the better.
