I want to express deep appreciation to @kittenwithfangs for holding space for me to experience these sensations in a safe, open environment. She tells me the most important part is to just breath and feel. Two things I practice vv often when meditating or practicing yoga or simply attempting to live day to day life in present moment awareness. This world of kink and BDSM is quite a beautiful one, and although I am just skimming the surface, it’s incredible to have a friend like Amanda that has introduced me to it in the most informative and loving way.
