My partner created a fun strength circuit for us, and I captured a few of them for you. My personal favorite was what he called the “Monster Walk.” Woooo baby it got the gluties throbbin! 🍑 It had been since the pandemic started that I’ve been in a gym, and after working out here I’m thinking I’m going to start making this a regular thing :)
