Not expecting to find it as I'm going to be picky. Looking for a open floor plan, around 900-1200 sq ft, Room for a Rv, Not in a flood zone, not in a high crime area, 9+ft ceilings, pitched roof, 8000+sq ft lot, and less than 299k, 10-15 minutes from the beach.
