I wake up slowly, peering out the window to see a beautiful golden sky. I watch it from bed touching myself softly and thinking about all the things I’m grateful for. This is how I begin most mornings <3 prepping my mind and body for the gym and showing gratitude to the earth <3 okay goodnight!! See you in the morning
