Added 2023-08-04 17:20:24 +0000 UTCOk here are some ideas for if you’re going to join me in my training camp. These are some options of things I do that help me with my fight weight loss, fat burn and cardio.
1. Intermittent fasting. I stop eating at 9 o’clock at night and I start eating again the next day at noon. So basically I pick 8 consecutive hours a day that I want to eat.
If I’m working out before 9am I will intermittently fast. If I work out after 9am I will eat before practice (usually an hour before).
2. Fasted cardio. I put my shoes, headphones and hoodie next to my bed at night so when I wake up first thing in the morning I’m out the door on a fast paced brisk walk (not running!)
You can go to the bathroom if you need, but no food or drinks and try to get out the door within 10-15 minutes of waking up. I walk somewhere for 23 minutes then turn around and walk back for that same 23 minutes. 46 minutes total. Having good music helps. You can have coffee and eat when you get home from your speedy walk.
If you can alternate these days, or just add a couple in during the week it will kick start your metabolism and you’ll see some results soon.
3. Drink a ton of water! In training camp fighters drink a gallon a day. Fun fact, your fat burns off and leaves your body through your urine. So chug!
