1. Kangaroo Hops: Start by holding the dumbbells at your sides. Jump forward, landing softly like a kangaroo. Repeat for 10 hops.

2. Wombat Walks: Hold the dumbbells in each hand and take small steps forward, mimicking the waddling movement of a wombat. Do this for 20 steps.

3. Koala Curls: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the dumbbells in front of you. Slowly curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders, like a koala climbing a tree. Do 12 reps.

4. Emu Lunges: Hold the dumbbells by your sides and take a big step forward, lowering your back knee towards the ground. Push back up to the starting position. Alternate legs and do 10 lunges on each side.

5. Platypus Press: Lie on your back with your knees bent and hold the dumbbells above your chest. Push the dumbbells up towards the ceiling, mimicking the swimming motion of a platypus. Do 15 reps.

6. Cockatoo Shoulder Raises: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, holding the dumbbells by your sides. Slowly raise your arms out to the sides, like a cockatoo spreading its wings. Lower them back down. Repeat for 12 reps.

7. Wallaby Squats: Hold the dumbbells at your sides and stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Lower your body into a squat position, keeping your back straight. Stand back up. Do 15 squats.

Remember to maintain proper form and listen to your body during the workout.
