I like the voluptuousness I feel very sexy but my energy level and clarity isn’t what I need it to be. The first week is a bitch just liquid it’s so hard to just drink liquid. Took me two weeks to really get it right I had to order another cleanse so I can do a full one 😩. Been crying so much gosh honestly that’s the hardest part of a cleanse. Especially when food is your comfort and your purging all these negative situations and thoughts. I just want a big chocolate cake and a box of tissue and just cry and eat cake 😂. But cleaning detoxes so many emotions and trapped energies, it’s a trip how the body works truly incredible. The spirit, how things develope in the unseen world before manifesting it’s just such a great system. This information is imperative for healing. Remember things develop in the spirit before becoming a physical thing. Meaning spiritual work especially if you are sick (over weight is a sickness in my opinion it’s an addiction) is the best thing you can do for yourself. Whoever created us is truly a superior being or beings. When I look at the health of the world I know it’s from letting spiritual things go brushing too much under the rug not making things right or balanced.
If you are blessed with the chance to make things right please take it. Don’t hesitate. Imbalances become physical and causes disease. The way to reverse the physical manifestation is to get to the spiritual root of the problem. Make peace with it, sometimes you would just rather be sick lol it can be that hard to be honest with yourself about your involvement in things it’s humbling and humbling experiences can crush your sense of self or who we think we are. But yeah I miss y’all so freaking much and I will be back Sun when I can eat fruit and veggies and shit and salads omg I can’t even tell y’all how I’m about to fuck a salad up like it’s steak and potatoes 😋.
