Dr. Eva is acting very strange and introduces you to her "assistant", but oddly enough there is no one else there. She gets angry when you ask her if she's a real doctor and tapes your mouth shut. Her exam includes a lot of strange and cruel activities such as examining your prostate before inserting her hand into you, shaving your head and eyebrows as a lice treatment, putting a strange breathing mask on you, examining your mouth and extracting a tooth, and obtaining a semen sample.
